How counting works
You're only charged for active members. Enquiries, past members and archived members are always free, and a new taster is free for their first 28 days. A taster who stays beyond that counts as an active member. As soon as someone stops being active, you stop paying for them.
How billing works
Monthly only - each cycle you're billed on the highest active-member count seen during that cycle. Grow into a higher band and the next bill reflects it; shrink and the next full cycle drops. No proration; no per-head charges; no surprise mid-month bills.
What about non-payment?
A failed card gets retries, escalating warnings, and a week of full grace before anything degrades - and even then, taking the register stays available for a further week. Only an account unpaid for over a fortnight is paused, your data is never deleted, and everything is restored the moment you pay.
VAT
Prices are inclusive of UK VAT (20%). VAT receipts available for the few clubs that are VAT-registered.
